What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT Support or Help Desk position where I can provide reliable technical assistance and continue developing my IT infrastructure and support skills.

I'm supporting day-to-day IT operations at DERTOUR Group, troubleshooting hardware, connectivity, and system issues in a professional hospitality environment. I also assist with structured cabling, data center infrastructure, and VMware ESXi environments.

I've built technical solutions including an HVAC project tracking and data automation dashboard for Naga Bay Mega-Projects, covering Sentido Naga Bay and Aldiana Club Naga Bay resorts. Using Python, FastAPI, Pandas, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and MySQL, I developed a RESTful API, automated Excel workbook workflows, and created progress reporting for management.

Through ethical hacking training and personal tools such as ShellMate and DebByte, I've developed practical skills in Linux, networking, Wireshark, Nmap, Metasploit, system administration, and Python automation. I'm seeking an IT Support or Help Desk role where I can provide reliable technical assistance and keep developing my infrastructure skills.
