What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote virtual assistant, helpdesk, customer support, data entry, or administrative work with US or Canadian clients during EST or CST business hours. I'm immediately available for freelance, part-time, or full-time contract engagements.

At Teleperformance Egypt on the Freedom Mobile project, I handled high-volume Canadian customer interactions, resolved billing, account, and technical issues, and maintained accurate CRM records and support tickets.
