I design blended and digital learning experiences, from a six-hour Camtasia fundamentals workshop to an ongoing mobile learning application for civil engineering students. I use learner analysis, ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory, and Bloom's Taxonomy to create accessible learning pathways, assessments, and instructional materials.

As an independent trainer and learning facilitator, I've built personalized learning plans, adapted instruction using formative assessment data, and supported learner progress through active face-to-face sessions. I'm also experienced in coordinating educational projects, collaborating with subject matter experts, and creating documentation that strengthens cross-functional delivery.
