I’m a Market Research Principal focused on delivering market and user insights that help businesses compete and grow. I’ve led research work across Indonesia and Southeast Asia, consistently partnering with stakeholders from teams to C-level decision-makers.
At ByteDance Global E-Commerce Research Principal (SEA), I served as a subject matter expert for Tokopedia and TikTok Shop. I provide insights and recommendations based on market & user research, collaborate across departments to implement and improve insights, and continuously support stakeholders’ research needs to drive market competitiveness.
Earlier, as Market Research Principal for Tokopedia, I built market research team capabilities and owned end-to-end market research related activities. I created and improved data monitoring tools—internal dashboards and competitor intelligence data—while delivering recommendations to all stakeholders up to the C-level.
