I’m a Talent Acquisition Operations professional with 4+ years of progressive experience in end-to-end recruitment operations, offer lifecycle management, ATS governance, and hiring analytics in fast-paced MNC environments.

I’m known for driving operational excellence through structured workflows, process automation using Power Automate, and data-driven MIS reporting that helps leaders understand hiring pipeline health, recruiter productivity, offer conversion, and overall progress.

In my current role, I manage full offer management including compensation validation, grade alignment, multi-level approvals, and offer release—maintaining 100% policy compliance and audit-readiness. I also coordinate interviews and candidate communication while reducing offer-to-join turnaround time and improving candidate NPS.

I govern ATS data integrity across iCIMS and SmartRecruiters, enforce recruitment compliance and data governance standards, and lead background verification escalations with third-party vendors to prevent onboarding delays. I also support campus recruitment and internship programs, and continually look for automation opportunities that scale capacity without proportional headcount increase.
