I’m a results-driven logistics and supply chain professional with 9+ years across warehouse operations, last-mile delivery coordination, and client-facing system support. I’m known for optimizing operational workflows, improving SLA performance, and increasing customer satisfaction through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

In warehouse and administration roles, I’ve coordinated order backlogs, validated inbound shipments to maintain inventory accuracy, and executed end-to-end warehouse operations to meet daily dispatch targets. I administer workforce attendance and payroll summaries for freelance staff, while keeping high-volume delivery data accurate and consistent.
