At ISACONSULTING, I provide technical support across AI, Processing, and Review platforms in enterprise environments. I troubleshoot application, Linux, cloud, and infrastructure issues while supporting AWS and Azure environments, user access, deployments, and platform uptime.
I monitor system health with Grafana, respond to incidents in a 24/7 on-call rotation, and manage security configurations using iptables, SELinux, and HAProxy. I also create technical documentation, support VMware and VirtualBox environments, and mentor junior team members.
Previously, I maintained high-availability network infrastructure at Nettxio, worked with OSPF and BGP, and built CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions as a Junior DevOps Engineer. My earlier frontend internship gave me hands-on experience building responsive interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and GitHub.
