At MCA, I built an AI agent that generates plain-language summaries for end users by integrating an LLM with internal application data. I also designed and delivered an LLM-powered summarisation feature, covering prompt design, data access, and validation of user-facing results.
As Principal Software Engineer, I create solution architectures using Microsoft Azure PaaS services and build infrastructure-as-code and release automation. My work also includes designing REST and gRPC APIs, optimizing SQL Server databases, and applying DDD, TDD, and microservices practices.
