At BlueCloud, I build and operate AWS environments across client accounts. I moved a client from manual Elastic Beanstalk uploads to automated ECS releases and built infrastructure for a production SAS Viya platform on EKS.

I engineered GitLab CI review environments and a promote-not-rebuild release workflow with automated rollbacks. I also cut Docker build times from 20 to 7 minutes and client AWS spend by about $150K annually.

At Slice, I owned the Amazon Connect contact center, extending it with Lambda, DynamoDB, and Lex and integrating it with Salesforce. I built call routing that cut handle time by about 50%, and automated user provisioning with Python scripts.
