I've supported commercial decisions at Rémy Cointreau China through pricing models, profitability analysis, sales-expense controls, and scenario planning across core spirits brands and channels.

I redesigned a budget-data transformation and group financial-system upload workflow, reducing each budget revision from 3–4 hours to approximately 5 minutes. I also worked with Finance and IT on Power BI dashboards, reporting templates, and data improvements.

At ADEKA China, I connected full P&L performance with operational drivers across business units, products, and customers, while supporting budgeting, working capital, customer credit decisions, ERP improvement, and internal controls. Earlier, I independently managed audit projects and analyzed business processes for manufacturing and traditional businesses.

I'm now extending my finance and process background into business transformation, digital solutions, and AI-assisted prototyping. Through an integrated business-and-finance management system project, I map workflows, design data structures and target processes, and validate practical solution prototypes.
