At TÜV SÜD, I manage financial controlling for legal entity LE216, covering month-end closing, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
I lead CapEx evaluations and business-case development for laboratory equipment investments, calculating ROI, payback period, and EVA to support management decisions. I also manage Percentage of Completion revenue recognition under IFRS 15 and improve validation processes for stronger project monitoring and revenue controls.
I use SAP, Analysis for Office, PowerBI, Excel VBA, and Python automation to turn variance analysis across business lines, projects, and cost structures into operational insights. Previously at Sanofi, I analyzed sales performance across 8 regions and more than 300 local territories covering over RMB 300M in business volume, supporting target planning and commercial resource ROI decisions.
