From 07/2024 to present, I’ve worked as an AI Data Trainer - Chinese at Invisible Technologies in Seremban, Malaysia. My day-to-day includes creative writing, accessing results, and rewriting to improve accuracy and quality.

Before that, I contributed as an AI Data Trainer - Chinese at Outlier (07/2023 - 12/2023), strengthening my ability to follow guidelines and deliver refined content. I also freelanced since 07/2022 as a Multilingual Online writer, working as a Content Writer, Quality Assurance Agent, and AI Trainer—bringing strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail to every task.

Earlier roles built my communication and service mindset: Inside Sales Representative at Federal Express (FedEx) Malaysia (05/2021 - 01/2022), where I sold air & sea freight services to SME customers, managed customer expectations, and achieved sales targets. I began as a Sales Associate at Swatch Singapore (02/2017 - 08/2017), supporting customers with product features, promoting store offers, and maintaining store condition.
