I am an experienced content evaluator with a strong background in artificial intelligence, specializing in assessing and training AI-driven writing models to enhance content quality. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Malaya, where I honed my analytical skills and developed a keen eye for detail. Over the years, I have proven my ability to analyze content quality and provide valuable insights that improve AI tools across various writing contexts, including both technical and creative writing.

In my recent role at RWS, I assessed and ranked responses generated by large language models (LLMs), focusing on their relevance, coherence, and accuracy. Collaborating closely with data annotators, I provided structured feedback that contributed significantly to the training process of these models. My work ensured that the AI produced varied and engaging outputs, particularly for open-ended prompts. Additionally, my experience as an Ads Quality Rater at Welocalize allowed me to maintain high standards of quality by evaluating the relevance and usefulness of ads shown to users, further enhancing my expertise in AI content evaluation.
