What I'm looking for
I’m a UX Designer with a technical service background, specializing in user-centered problem solving, interaction design, and usability improvement. I diagnose real-world user challenges through hands-on customer support, then translate those insights into intuitive digital solutions. I’m certified in Google UX Design and I use research, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma-based design to help people interact with technology more effectively and accessibly.
My work is grounded in iterative thinking—on my Childcare Mobile App Design case study (Tiny Tots Haven), I conducted user research and competitive analysis, built user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma, and ran usability testing to iterate from feedback. In parallel, my field service technician experience at I CANON USA strengthens my empathy-driven design approach by analyzing real-world office technology workflow issues and turning complex troubleshooting into clear, user-focused improvements that reduce downtime and support adoption. I also bring strong operations and communication habits from leading shifts at taco bell and troubleshooting high-volume equipment as a warehouse associate.
