I’m looking for a senior business development, operations, or general management role with an internationally minded organization—remote, Europe, or Gulf-based—where I can own P&L, grow B2B revenue, and lead execution end-to-end.

I’m an entrepreneurial business leader with 8+ years of hands-on experience founding, scaling, and operating multiple companies across infrastructure, AI automation, fintech, and digital marketing. I’m the Founder & Managing Director of a Class-1 government contracting company, where I’ve built delivery impact from inception to INR 111 Crore delivered to date.

I own full P&L responsibility—driving strategic planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and profitability across operations. Through competitive e-procurement and tendering, I’ve secured and managed long-term contracts with major public-sector clients including Indian Railways, Bihar State Government, BMSICL, and IOCL. I also lead multi-site execution, currently overseeing INR 87 Crore of active projects across 4 Indian states.

Alongside infrastructure, I concurrently operate a portfolio of digital ventures: AI-powered lead generation and automation for US-based clients, a fintech SaaS prop-trading journal with an AI coach, and a restaurant-tech growth business built around Zomato/Swiggy optimization and digital marketing operations. I’ve built and deployed AI chatbot systems, cold-outreach automation, and high-ticket sales funnels for a fully remote, cross-border model.

I’m recognized for translating strategy into execution—leading teams of up to 120 personnel, building leadership structure and performance systems from the ground up.
