Co-founded and led engineering for a portfolio of Shopify apps, acquired by Aberdeen Capital in 2026. Built and maintained the products with a small in-house team.

Worked on the Kasasa Loan and Mortgage systems. Developed Fintech solutions using vanilla Java 8 on AWS Lambda, Spring Boot and Spring Batch, and PHP 7.2 with Laravel. Worked heavily with SQS, SNS, S3, Dynamo and other AWS products, managed using Terraform.

• Created CandyClub.com using WordPress and WooCommerce (as required by the client).
• Created a dynamic check out page which allows for changing products, applying discount and modifying shipping options without page refreshes - not supported by WooCommerce.

• Managed a portfolio of websites in the finance, travel, b2b and other verticals.
• Responsible for building the websites - being the only PHP developer in the company.
• Achieved top 3 rankings for keywords that had over $30 CPC within one year.
• Led a team of three SEO Specialists and two interns.
• Moved to the engineering department after Google's updates changed the SEO world.

Managed an SEO campaign for a website with over 2 million monthly visitors. Drove organic search improvements, resulting in over 5 million monthly visitors after the first year.

Lots of hands-on metal working along with office tasks such as working with AutoCAD, making large scale blueprint printing, blueprint scaling and other office duties.

Working from Bulgaria, Europe. I managed a small team of SEO specialists. We built and optimized simple HTML/CSS websites. My most successful project at BlackSheep was the website 247jet.com. Holding the #1 for the term private jet, this website generated a great number of clients in a highly lucrative space. 247jet.com was not in the top pages on Google at the time when I was hired.
