I’m a Proxy Voting Specialist with proven experience delivering customer-focused service through high-volume, compliance-first shareholder engagement. In my current roles, I handle outbound and inbound communications by phone to confirm delivery of proxy materials and solicit/record votes for annual and special meetings.

I take pride in accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while following approved scripts and regulatory compliance requirements. I also coordinate with stakeholders to improve participation rates and voting efficiency, while providing clear guidance on proxy voting procedures.

Before specializing in proxy voting, I built strong client interaction and operational discipline as a ride-hailing service provider across Addis Ababa. I managed flexible scheduling, optimized routes, used GPS technology, handled app-based and cashless transactions, and ensured consistent service quality under changing traffic conditions.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in International Trade and Economics from Shenyang Aerospace University (2015–2020), and I’m now continuing to grow my career at the intersection of finance, governance, and client engagement with a strong commitment to ethical standards.
