What I'm looking for
I’m a Sales & Business Development professional with experience across store management, supplier negotiation, and end-to-end business development. I focus on the full sales cycle—prospecting, negotiation, closing, customer retention—and I consistently track performance through KPI reporting and CRM-driven follow-up.
Most recently, I’ve been leading store operations and commercial execution at HM, handling everything from revenue development and margin optimization to logistics, administrative management, stock management, and supplier order management. Previously at I-EXPORT in Guangzhou, I expanded supplier portfolios, negotiated commercial terms (price, deadlines, quality), managed the complete order cycle up to delivery, coordinated international logistics, and used ERP for order and stock tracking—driving cost optimization and margin improvement.
My background also strengthened my client-facing and operational mindset: as a Health Insurance Sales Advisor, I analyzed needs, handled objections, and supported contract follow-up and retention using CRM. Alongside that, I contributed as an HR Assistant through recruitment support, personnel administration, and HR reporting—so I bring both commercial drive and structured execution.
