I’m a motivated and adaptable professional with an MBA in HR & Talent Acquisition, returning to the workforce after a period of personal commitment. As a Glasgow-based Talent Specialist, I partnered with hiring managers to define role requirements and initiate requisition workflows, driving end-to-end recruitment cycles with minimal oversight. I developed and executed multi-channel sourcing strategies—using job boards, social platforms, and professional networks—to maximise candidate reach and attract top talent.

I built and maintained robust talent pipelines through proactive headhunting, networking, and market mapping. I completed CV screening and assessment, including compliance and pre-employment screening, and evaluated AI-driven and digital candidate assessment tools to improve hiring quality and reduce time-to-hire.

I also maintained accurate, compliant documentation of candidate assessments, interview scorecards, and hiring decisions under audit and governance requirements. Alongside this, I supported offer negotiations and helped design competitive compensation packages, ensuring decisions aligned with business budgets and candidate market expectations.
