I’m looking for a leadership role where I can coach teams, drive measurable sales growth, and strengthen operations through training, budgeting, and fast customer issue resolution—while building a high-performance culture.

I’m a results-driven District Manager with 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, and operational leadership. I’m known for managing teams, resolving customer issues, and overseeing business operations with strong communication and problem-solving.

At Boost Mobile, I supervised store managers to ensure targets were achieved, supported payroll, and helped with hiring and termination processes. I oversaw operations, staff training, and regional budgeting, then implemented sales improvement strategies across stores—leading the lowest performing store to become the highest sales performer within six months.
