At Fidel Tech, I lead Hindi localization for Apple accounts including Siri, Help documentation, and software, and also work on Reddit localization. For Siri, I designed a gender-neutral Hindi register that was adopted as the reference style for Hindi voice output.

I documented tone, register, and terminology standards for the Hindi team, and transcreated prompts and responses for Indian users. I also partnered with Apple project teams to triage localization bugs; Help documentation and software localization maintained a 99% LQA pass rate.

My other work includes managing translators and course delivery for Quest Alliance, building BankSathi’s Hindi website, and producing Hindi educational content for StudyIQ. I now work across localization and AI workflows, including media annotation, LLM output evaluation, and prompt engineering.
