At Embibe, I directed QA workflows for localized academic videos and question assets across web and mobile platforms. I redesigned the test plan to reduce inconsistencies and rework, and led a team of reviewers.
As a QA Tester – Punjabi at Welocalize, on-site at Apple, I redesigned linguistic and functional test plans for iOS and macOS applications, improving defect detection by about 25%. I also validated metadata, placeholders, and XML/JSON structures.
At Micro1, I evaluate ASR outputs for accuracy, pronunciation, and fluency, and perform linguistic QA against language and regional standards. I report recognition, accent-handling, and speech-clarity errors to support AI training data quality.
Through my freelance Punjabi language work, I review translations and perform NLP/LLM annotation QA. I also validate structured and unstructured datasets and support clients with glossaries and cultural adaptation.
