I'm currently overseeing daily waste management and general cleaning operations for Dubai Municipality, managing labour teams, contractor coordination, service standards, and on-ground operational reporting.
I've also supported facilities management at Meraas – Shakh Dewan, banking administration at NBAD, customer service for RTA's Salik Department, and transportation coordination at SECURITAS. Across these roles, I've handled escalations, government correspondence, reporting, HR coordination, client communication, and complaint resolution in Arabic and English.
