At Paws & Pathways Transport, I serve as the primary customer contact for nationwide door-to-door pet transport, guiding customers from quote through final delivery. I coordinate multi-state pickup and drop-off schedules, verify travel documentation, and provide proactive GPS updates during multi-day trips.

I convert inbound leads, marketplace opportunities, and referral requests into confirmed reservations while maintaining accurate booking, payment, and customer records. By rebooking affected customers through route changes and weather delays, I helped support a 5.0 average customer rating.

Previously at Getir, I resolved high-volume order, billing, account-access, app, and website issues through phone, email, and live chat. I used Zendesk to track cases, troubleshoot technical issues, process adjustments and returns, and document recurring solutions for the internal knowledge base.

I also supervised customer service operations at Aura Club Kemer, where I trained and coached team members, managed escalations, and used Excel-based service metrics and customer feedback to improve procedures. I work fluently in English and Turkish and am seeking a remote customer support, technical support, or data entry role.
