I’m looking for an HR Business Partner role where I can drive talent and succession, strengthen industrial relations, and scale HR digital transformation with analytics—partnering closely with leadership to improve engagement, performance, and long-term workforce stability.

I’m an HR Business Partner focused on building leadership continuity and business-ready talent through robust succession pipelines, performance enablement, and workforce strategy. I’ve partnered with senior leaders to align HR with organizational priorities, delivering measurable uplift in productivity and efficiency.

My work spans end-to-end Industrial Relations and employee lifecycle leadership, including grievance redressal and union negotiations. I led Long-Term Settlement (2025–2034) negotiations to secure 10 years of sustained industrial stability at the plant level, while maintaining proactive stakeholder engagement and a strike-free environment.

I also drive HR digital transformation and analytics-driven decisions—implementing Darwinbox HRMS and SCRUM for CLMS across plant and corporate functions. Through targeted engagement, recognition, and retention programs, I improved employee engagement scores from 81% to 93% and reduced attrition, while delivering cost and compliance outcomes through manpower planning, budgeting, and process automation.
