I’m an SHRM-SCP certified HR professional with 14+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, People Operations, HR Operations, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management across Telecom, Agriculture, Hospitality, Shipping, and SaaS.

In my recent role at J M Baxi Technologies, I managed multi-location HR and talent acquisition across Pune, Mumbai, and Dubai, while supporting Director-level hiring and onboarding for Singapore. I also worked on organization design, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, L&D, and HR transformation, including Darwinbox implementation.

Earlier, at Mahindra Holidays and IFFCO Kisan Sanchar, I led end-to-end and large-scale recruitment, building talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, campus hiring, walk-ins, and headhunting. I have personally interviewed and hired 2,000+ candidates and reduced recruitment consultant expenditure by 35–40%.
