What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver fast, high-quality chat support, moderate communities with care, and coordinate creator/social campaigns. I want a team that values clear guidelines, quick problem-solving, and measurable engagement.

I’m a detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist and Content Moderator with hands-on experience managing creator campaigns on the Whop platform. I deliver real-time troubleshooting and account support while keeping fast response times and high satisfaction.

I’ve managed end-to-end content promotion campaigns for clipping agency clients across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. I moderate community chat spaces to enforce guidelines, de-escalate conflicts, and write community engagement messages that keep creators aligned with campaign goals.

I also recruited and onboarded content creators for multi-platform campaigns, including Instagram fan pages, and partnered with creators to spot performance bottlenecks and apply fixes. I balance live customer support and campaign management without dropping response quality, supported by my B.Com background.
