What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a UX Research role where I can run qualitative user studies, synthesize behavioural insights, and help teams make evidence-based product and people decisions through clear, actionable reporting.

I’m an Industrial/Organizational Psychology postgraduate focused on behavioural research—conducting qualitative interviews, identifying behavioural patterns, and translating insights into recommendations stakeholders can act on.

At Projects Executive - People Metrics, I administer and interpret 200+ psychometric assessments, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesise findings into structured reports. I’m especially interested in UX Research and human-centred problem solving that supports evidence-based product and people decisions.
