I am a research scholar and innovation management practitioner with over 11 years of cross-sector experience leading interdisciplinary projects across academia, government, and industry. At FORE School of Management I conduct primary and secondary research on User Innovation Communities, Generative AI, frugal innovation, and knowledge management, guide MBA students, and develop research-informed curricula and executive workshops.

Previously I served as Director of Operations at VERSUP Infotech, driving strategic planning and data-driven digital products for projects valued at ₹200 crores, and I have published multiple peer-reviewed papers and co-invented a published patent on blockchain-enabled placenta tracing. I pursue user-centered, scalable solutions that translate research into policy and measurable impact.
