I am an academic and administrative professional with over eleven years of experience supporting research, education, and institutional operations across premier institutes in India. I bring strong expertise in academic coordination, report writing, case study development, meeting management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
As a Research Associate at Indian Institute of Management – Ahmedabad, I lead digital research initiatives including a “Digital Leadership & Leadership Assessment” initiative, where I helped design and digitise the questionnaire and supported pilot studies with senior-level managers. I also develop and digitise research instruments using QuestionPro, write literature reviews, and provide editorial assistance to faculty.
My research work includes data collection for a project on CEOs of Semiconductor Industries in the US, using databases like CMIE, Statista, Compustat, Prowess., SeekEdgar and Bloomberg—resulting in a published research paper.
