At Welspun Transformation Services Limited (GCC), I support four GCC entities across AR ownership and chargeback analysis. I manage invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and dispute resolution, including validating and resolving 20+ US chargeback cases daily.
I built Excel VBA automations that cut bulk email follow-up from 1.5 hours to 5 minutes per cycle and eliminated manual chargeback dispute processing. I also implemented automated SAP S/4HANA dunning workflows and build AR ageing and chargeback dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
For the Indian entity’s new business transition, I built AR processes and SOPs on Tally Prime. I also coordinate with senior stakeholders on AR performance, dispute priorities, and process improvements, and received the Young Talent Award during the Management Trainee program.
Earlier, I provided accounting, bookkeeping, GST filing, and bank reconciliation for small business clients at Y D Group of Companies. At Ashwini Electricals, I managed accounts across three group companies, covering GST compliance, audit finalisation, payroll, and reconciliations.
