At FPL Technologies, I managed customer receivable accounts by tracking repayments, analyzing payments, and reconciling accounts. I maintained data accuracy in internal financial systems and resolved delinquency-related discrepancies.

At WNS, I managed accounts receivable workflows for B2B collections, monitoring collections performance and analyzing payment and invoice data using SAP/Oracle AR, Ariba, and Coupa. I also supported dispute resolution and accurate financial reporting.

At XPO, I investigated invoice and payment discrepancies through account reconciliations and worked with finance and billing teams to resolve receivable disputes. I supported AR exposure reporting and analytics and improved invoice and payment tracking workflows.

My experience also includes handling financial-services account queries at Tech Mahindra and coordinating a collection support pilot project to streamline invoice tracking and payment follow-ups through a structured reporting model. I’m seeking to transition into accounting and financial control functions within a global financial services organization.
