Transitioned an end-to-end Accounts Receivable process (Billing, Deduction, WIP Management, Mailboxes Management, Collection Chasing) from OMNICOM London. Led two agencies reporting directly to a Senior Manager, and implemented a two-level workflow approval process in the ERP, reducing DDB Remedy overdue from 49% to 11.47% in two months.

Successfully completed a remote transition of Pricing Master Data, preparing SOPs and ensuring 100% accuracy. Recognized by the onshore team for good teamwork and provided training to junior teammates, ensuring on-time delivery of pricing master order forms.

Reduced the billing statement cycle time from 1 day to 4 hours by facilitating the generation of electronic statements for customer accounts. Managed PO and Non-PO invoicing for the US government public sector and reconciled approximately 3 vendor accounts, recovering around US$8 Million.

Awarded four times within a year and promoted to Senior Process Associate, becoming the youngest team member to receive such responsibility. Successfully cleared T100 and T200 internal examinations and completed Training Milestone 2.
