At Maersk Global Service Center, I transitioned AR operations from West Africa to Pune and recovered $220,633.14 in 2019 and $48,000.00 in 2018 through invoice and contract reviews. I also led collections, cash forecasting, cash application, month-end reporting, stakeholder coordination, SOP development, and training.

Earlier at UPS and WNS Global Services on the American Airlines account, I managed high-volume invoicing, payment posting, unapplied cash, billing discrepancies, reconciliations, and dispute resolution. I've consistently improved billing and collections processes by identifying recurring issues and implementing corrective actions.

I build Power BI control-tower dashboards, strengthen SOX, GST, and TDS compliance, and use automation to make high-volume finance operations measurable, controlled, and audit-ready.
