What I'm looking for

I’m eager to bring my customer relationship, financial services, and client support experience to a dynamic organization focused on operational excellence, customer success, and sustainable growth.

At Clearvue Solutions, I prepare car finance applications for international clients and submit them to multiple lenders. I assist clients with finance and documentation questions, verify documents through lender portals, and conduct HPI and MOT checks before processing applications.

At Herbalife Nutrition, I assisted international customers with orders, invoices, and account queries, coordinating with internal teams to support accurate order processing and issue resolution. I used CRM and ticketing tools to track requests and resolve concerns within SLA timelines.

At Amazon, I supported Selling Partners with account, listing, inventory, and order issues through email and chat. Earlier, at Hexaware Technologies, I handled inbound calls and supported USA client background checks by verifying employment and licenses with HR or line managers and coordinating reports with vendors.
