I'm looking for opportunities where I can build employer and institutional partnerships, manage recruitment or placement pipelines, and use market research and stakeholder relationships to create meaningful outcomes.

At Masters’ Union, I led international placement initiatives across the UAE, KSA, USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia, contributing to 30 international and remote offers for the 2025 cohort.

I managed the full placement cycle—from employer outreach and JD alignment to candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer closure. My work supported an average international CTC of ₹64 LPA, including four offers above ₹1 Cr.

I've also built a verified database of 5,000+ senior decision-makers, managed CRM and operational data, and now support Otavo’s college outreach, recruitment, and business-development efforts.
