What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee role where I can support metrics-driven recruitment operations, candidate engagement, interview coordination, reporting, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment.

I'm pursuing a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and am seeking to contribute to Talent Acquisition operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Through Deloitte's Business Analyst virtual internship, I prepared structured reports and dashboards from simulated business data and communicated findings to stakeholders. At Tata's Cybersecurity Analyst virtual internship, I completed IAM strategy assessments, produced professional reports, and handled structured data tasks with accuracy.

My Google/EduSkills Android Developer training strengthened my ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks, manage schedules, and meet delivery milestones.

I've also built a Python-based movie recommendation system and led planning, coordination, and testing for a radar-based object detection project. I bring candidate communication, interview coordination, resume screening, stakeholder management, reporting, and analytical skills to recruitment teams.
