What I'm looking for
I’m a bid consulting and management professional at HCLTech, where I partner across Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, and technology teams throughout the full bid life cycle. I focus on designing and delivering proposals that meet customer requirements and translate strategy into measurable wins.
I prepare and tailor presentation decks and RFP responses, backed by proactive market research and clear, compelling proposal structures. I manage client visits at the HCLTech Noida campus, handling stakeholder coordination and serving as a key point of contact while organizing sessions on HCLTech capabilities.
I’ve supported complex, multimillion-dollar bids involving multiple technologies, ensuring compliance to RFPs/RFIs and orchestrating the creation of solutions and key wins, including a $35 million renewal for a mining company in Australia and a $10 million managed services contract for a bank in the Middle East. I also propose competitive pricing, maintain rate cards by region, and drive the winning response approach.
Earlier, I built experience through internships in recruitment operations, program design, marketing camp execution, and customer sales conversion. I also hold certifications in Generative AI (AWS) for Business and effective prompting on Copilot, and I’ve contributed through an entrepreneurship development role with the IIM Jammu Entrepreneurship Development Cell.
