I’m looking for CSM or post-sales roles in remote or European-based environments, where I can design onboarding/adoption journeys, improve retention, and drive measurable expansion through structured customer health monitoring and enablement.

I’m a Customer Success professional with nearly 10 years of experience managing the full B2B customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption through retention and expansion—across Life Sciences and Animal Health. I built and scaled Customer Success processes from scratch at Lume, acquiring 150+ accounts in 90 days and driving measurable adoption and recurring revenue. At MSD Animal Health, I achieved a 30% retention improvement through structured post-sales engagement across a 120-account portfolio.

I focus on post-sales process design, proactive health monitoring, and practical enablement that helps customers reach first value quickly and stay engaged long-term. I’ve delivered onboarding playbooks, adoption milestones, retention checkpoints, QBRs, and technical training—using CRM-based activity and engagement tracking (including Ion Vendas and Salesforce Sales Cloud in progress) to intervene early and protect Customer Lifetime Value.
