What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT systems or infrastructure role where I can support business customers, administer Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, troubleshoot networks, and contribute to migrations and infrastructure projects.

I've supported business customers at mints GmbH with 1st- and 2nd-level IT support, customer-facing projects, and technical documentation.

I administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID, while managing Active Directory, Group Policies, user accounts, permissions, and Windows Server environments. I've also supported migrations and infrastructure upgrades.

I troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls, switches, VLANs, and VPNs across VMware, Hyper-V, Ubiquiti, Aruba, and Cisco environments. I use PowerShell for administration, automation, and bulk changes.

With a Swiss Federal VET Diploma in IT Systems Engineering, I bring independent problem-solving, reliable client communication, and a practical approach to supporting professional IT environments.
