I seek a customer-facing or administrative role where I can apply bilingual communication, organizational skills, and client-focused service while growing responsibility and contributing to a collaborative team.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service and administrative professional with hands-on experience supporting attorneys, managing front-office operations, and delivering excellent client service across retail and service environments.

At Romero & Associates I drafted legal documents, organized client files, and coordinated appointments, demonstrating attention to detail and reliability under deadline pressure. In retail and automotive roles I handled transactions, inventory tasks, and customer communications while supporting team goals.

After a period as a stay-at-home parent, I returned with strengthened multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, and I bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to new administrative or customer-facing opportunities.
