What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate projects, improve workflows, support stakeholders, and apply my Computer Science and business foundations to practical digital solutions.

I've supported global clients at Concentrix CVG Philippines, resolving service tickets within strict SLAs and using Salesforce to document account details and client interactions.

I led planning, feasibility research, risk analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional coordination for SakaSmart Bloomers, an AI-powered agricultural and direct-market platform concept. I mapped user workflows, prepared project roadmaps, and created documentation and pitch materials to improve stakeholder alignment.

Through Computer Science studies and work on VERINOVA, I've designed dashboard interfaces in Figma and Canva, documented DFD/UML workflows, and applied systems analysis, process design, database management, and data analysis to digital solutions.
