At AFS USA Inc., Liaison Office in Türkiye, I coordinated the U.S.-sponsored KL-YES and NSLI-Y programs from recruitment through the exchange year, working with the AFS-USA New York office, ECA and U.S. Embassy stakeholders.
I ran recruitment and selection with schools, families and volunteers, and planned virtual and in-person orientations. During exchange years, I monitored participant adjustment and compliance, handled support cases, and liaised with U.S. hosting schools and host families.
At Okan University, I managed Erasmus mobility and partnerships. I processed incoming and outgoing applications, prepared the annual funding application to the National Agency, and handled mobility documentation and grant administration.
I'm pursuing an MA in Business Information Systems at Boğaziçi University, building on my operations, communication and reporting background with SQL, Python and project management tools. I am open to job opportunities in any positions (Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Program Coordinator etc.) where I can use the fresh managerial and technological skills knowledge I successfully gained through my studies in business information systems.
