I'm leading HR strategy and day-to-day operations at Standard Insights Pvt Ltd, driving workforce planning, recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational processes.
I joined Standard Insights as an HR Consultant through NSSITC and transitioned into a full-time HR Manager role based on performance and client satisfaction. I've drafted HR policies and an Employee Handbook, managed onboarding, leave and attendance, employee records, and HR reporting, and organized four company-wide engagement events.
My experience also includes end-to-end recruitment across Banking, IT, and Civil domains, from gathering hiring requirements and sourcing through LinkedIn and job portals to interview coordination and offer rollouts. I've also coordinated two internal projects from planning through execution.
