What I'm looking for

I seek client-centered roles in behavioral health or family services where I can apply wraparound care, interagency collaboration, and direct behavior interventions while growing clinically and supporting underserved communities.

I am a dedicated care manager and behaviorist with hands-on experience supporting youth and families through wraparound care, interagency collaboration, and direct behavior intervention. I combine clinical observation, behavior modification techniques, and strong advocacy to improve client safety and well-being.

In my current role I ensure compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid standards while serving as a team ambassador and partner to courts, schools, hospitals, and treatment providers. I have also developed and implemented practical strategies to promote positive behavior and reduce maladaptive responses.

Fluent in Spanish and trained in First Aid/CPR, I bring a service-oriented mindset, leadership experience from student organizations, and a proven record of community outreach and volunteer coordination to roles that prioritize client-centered care and measurable outcomes.
