What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to further develop my skills in clinical management and program development while making a meaningful impact on children's lives.

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My career has been dedicated to developing individualized treatment plans and leading multidisciplinary teams to drive client progress. I have a proven track record in clinical oversight, program management, and caregiver training across diverse clinical settings.

Currently, I serve as a Clinical Manager at Opya, where I provide clinical oversight for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. My role involves supervising RBTs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and coaching caregivers on effective ABA strategies. I am passionate about supporting children with developmental disorders and committed to excellence in clinical care and team mentorship.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various capacities, including Program Supervisor and Behavior Technician, where I have honed my skills in behavioral assessments, program development, and data analysis. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a broader range of families and enhance the support I provide.
