What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my skills and experience to an organization while continuing to develop my professional competencies in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

At Nangarhar PED, I supported curriculum implementation and school supervision, assessed school, teacher, and student performance, and gathered school data for improvement recommendations. I also organized professional training and workshops for teachers.

As an Education Extender at Latoon English institute, I monitored education centers and programs, checked the distribution of books and teaching materials, and prepared visit and monthly reports. Earlier, as an M&E assistant officer at TAO (Teach for Afghanistan), I collected data for outcome monitoring and assessments and supported program teams with data collection tools.
