What I'm looking for

I seek a Master Trainer role where I can lead capacity-building, design inclusive curricula, mentor trainers, and apply research to improve education outcomes in mission-driven organizations.

I hold a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from BRAC University and have over three years' experience designing education programs, delivering teacher training, and conducting educational research focused on Afghanistan. As an Education Program Officer and Primary/Secondary teacher with the Agha Khan Education Board, I designed curricula, led capacity-building initiatives, and mentored educators to implement inclusive, learner-centered pedagogy.

At BRAC University I designed mixed-methods studies, analyzed data with SPSS, and reported findings to research boards to inform policy and curriculum development. I am passionate about gender equality, safe inclusive learning, and applying adult-learning methodologies to coach trainers, and I work well under pressure to strengthen trainer capacity and advance sustainable education outcomes.
