I've supported humanitarian and development projects across Kabul, Helmand, Zabul, Kandahar, and rural communities through monitoring, evaluation, data management, and field coordination.

As a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with ASSHO / UN Women, I analyzed project performance, managed data collection through ActivityInfo, prepared reports, and communicated findings to support project improvements. I applied M&E methodologies and frameworks aligned with UNICEF standards while collaborating with project teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Previously, I monitored shelter conditions for an ACHRO/UNHCR project, collected occupancy and condition data, conducted risk assessments, and trained local staff. At ADA's WEE-RDP project, I served as Scope Officer, District Officer, and Field Monitor, supporting women's economic empowerment, project implementation, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.

I also bring experience in university portal data entry and field monitoring supervision, with practical skills in ActivityInfo, Kobo, ODK, Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.
