At Shelter for Life International, I managed program implementation across four northern provinces, supervised 20+ field staff, and kept activities aligned with approved work plans.
I coordinated with community leaders and local stakeholders, conducted field visits to verify program information, and addressed risks with corrective actions.
As a District Field Monitor on the WFP Project, I supported MEAL activities and verified household and community data using KoboToolbox and ODK. I also collected beneficiary feedback and followed up on issues through resolution.
Earlier, at AFGHANISTAN SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT ORGANIZATION (ASIO), I supported administration, HR, project work, and IT. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hakim Sanayee University and have training in project management, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
